"thefutureworks" is the commercial recruitment agency set up by Coventry University. Our prime objective is to get our students, graduates and post-graduates into paid part and full time work. Licensed under the auspices of the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) we also recruit from carefully selected members of the general public.

Whilst we operate on a commercial basis; our practices are based clearly and ethically on levels of service and not on rewards via numbers, as is often the case within the recruitment industry. Our consultants are salaried and therefore, not affected by volume targets but driven by professionalism and integrity. Any surplus created by thefutureworks' activities is given directly back to the University for the benefit of students.
